Peppermint Plates

I got this great idea from Pinterest { which BTW I love}!
I don’t like being the paper plate gal at parties—and lets face it sometime you just have too! I’m not to keen on bringing my nice platters to a put luck at PTA meeting, and I don’t like the awkward moments when its time to leave a house party and my plate needs to come with me! All though I have found some cute travelers that I don’t mind leaving behind, its always nice to switch things up…. why not add a little pep to your step… and by pep…. I mean PEPpermint! These plates are so easy… my kiddos even helped!

All you will need is: parchment paper, cookie sheet, and peppermints

First step: Place the parchment paper on the cookie sheet,

then with your kiddies help, unwrap the peppermints

You can make whatever shape you want… we did a square in this picture

Bake on 350 for 10 minutes…..

Then Taaa Daaaaa you have what we call a Peppermint Plate

On a side note: these plates are edible… but are not WASHABLE
